About
About
We started making cashmere in a small shingled studio on the coast, for the simple reason that nothing we already owned was soft enough, warm enough, or honest enough for the life we wanted to live.
The fiber
We work exclusively with Grade-A Mongolian cashmere — the longest, finest fibers combed each spring from goats raised in the Gobi steppe. It’s the reason our knits resist pilling and gain character with age rather than losing it.
The makers
Every piece is knit in a family-run house in Ulaanbaatar that we’ve partnered with since day one. Every finishing stitch — seams, buttons, rib — is done by hand.
The pace
We release small, considered collections twice a year, and we don’t discount. Cashmere deserves more patience than that.
